During the first 10 years Streefkerk worked at investments companies, as a contractor who, ordered
by institutional investors realised projects in the Netherlands and Belgium. Projects like (subsidized) housing and  projects like offices and industrial buildings.

During twelve years he was partner in a contracting company, based in the centre of Holland constructing houses and utility buildings. During that period exhibitions were built under his supervision throughout Europe.

From 1991 on he was manager, assistant director of
the company BouwMaatschappij Curacao, a function he fulfilled to april 1995. From april 1995 til january 1998 he was project coordinator, head maintenance department for Plaza Resort Bonaire. Under his supervision the
gost town location turned into a tropical paradise, which offers the vacationing guest everything you may expect from a caribbean resort.

After completing the new construction of the resort and setting up the maintenance department he was
looking for a new challenge and january 1998 he
opened his own construction supervision company.

At this moment the team consists of four people, a designer, an architect, a draughtsman and Streefkerk himself.
